Our very own house beans! We proudly source this exceptional coffee from Carmo de Minas in Brazil's renowned Minas Gerais region. Grown at an altitude of 1,630 metres and composed of 100% Arabica beans, this coffee reflects the true quality of Brazilian specialty coffee. Handpicked at peak ripeness, the cherries are meticulously sorted using the traditional lavador density method to select only the finest beans. The beans are then sun-dried on patios for three days, followed by mechanical drying for over 72 hours to achieve optimal moisture and preserve their distinctive character. Finally, they are roasted by our artisan roaster, Michaelangelo Franco, right here in Nottingham, delivering a truly local and premium experience. Whole beans.
